Jakeem Williams is a major protagonist in Stargirl. He is the best friend of Mike Dugan and the younger brother of Jenny Williams. He becomes the unsuspecting wielder of the Thunderbolt, a wish-granting imp of immense power.
He is a former founding member of the young All-Stars and, by 2031, a full-time member of the Justice Society of America as Jakeem Thunder, succeeding Johnny Thunder.
