Jafar is the main antagonist of the 1992 animated Disney film, Aladdin and the 2019 remake. He is the power-hungry and dark Royal Vizier who seeks out the The Genie's lamp and use it to take over the kingdom of Agrabah. He is Iago's former master and former owner and Aladdin's arch-enemy.
