Jordan Mahkent (Also known as icicle) is the main antagonist of the television series Stargirl, serving as the main antagonist of season 1, a mentioned antagonist in season 2 and the secondary antagonist of season 3.
He is the son of immigrants Lily and Sofus Mahkent, The father of Cameron Mahkent and the widower of Christine Mahkent.
He is the primary arch-enemy of Starman and his successor Stargirl and the leader of the Injustice Society of America. Jordan plans to brainwash everyone into living under happiness and ultimately farms and attraction towards Courtney's mother Barbara. However, he is defeated by the newly formed Justice Society. At least one year later Jordan aligned himself with the Ultra-Humanite and Dragon King to spy on the residents of Blue Valley as the Voyeur, going around and murdering former ISA members including Artemis Crock's parents Lawrence Crock and Paula Brooks.
Several months after the defeat of Ultra humanites, Artemis finally killed him to avenge her parents and become a member of the Justice Society of America.
