Ice (real name Tora Olafsdotter) is a superheroine from the Justice League franchise published by the American comic book publishing company the DC Comics, she is a meta-human with power over ice and snow. She has been a member of the Justice League, the Justice League International, and Global Guardians. She is also the love interest of the Green Lantern Guy Gardner and the best friend and frequent battle partner of the superhero Fire
She was created by Keith Giffen, J. M. DeMatteis, and Kevin Maguire, and she first appeared in Justice League International #12 in April of 1988.
She has made animated appearances in the DC Animated Universe and Batman: The Brave and the Bold, where she is voiced by Jennifer Hale. In live-action, Ice is the main protagonist of the 1997 from Justice League of America (originally intended to be a pilot episode for a television series that never was produced)
