House Baratheon of King's Landing, or simply referred to as the Iron Throne or the Crown as a faction, are some of the main antagonists of the A Song of Ice and Fire novel series and its television adaptation Game of Thrones.
It is a cadet branch of House Baratheon of Storm's End, and the ruling royal family of the Seven Kingdoms, ever since House Targaryen was overthrown in Robert's Rebellion. It was founded by Robert I Baratheon, the former Lord of Storm's End and former Lord Paramount of the Stormlands after he was crowned king. Like the Targaryens before them, the head of House Baratheon of King's Landing is the Lord of the Seven Kingdoms.
