Hourman (real name Richard "Rick" Tyler) is a fictional superhero from DC Comics and a major character in the Infinity Inc. and Justice Society of America. The son of the first Hourman, Rex Tyler, Rick succeeded his father when the world was threatened in the Anti-Monitor Crisis. Through the use of Miraclo pills, it gives him powers for one hour, which he used to save the life of Beth Chapel. He has also served as the love interest of Jesse Chambers (the heroine Jesse Quick) and has been a member of Infinity Inc., the Justice League, and the Justice Society of America

Hourman was created by and Todd McFarlane and married couple Roy and Dann Thomas, and debuted Infinity Inc. #20 (November 1985).
