Hope Summers is a fictional character in The X-Men comics and the Marvel universe. She was the first mutant born after the House Of M storyline after Scarlet Witch destroyed half of the mutant population known as the decimation. She was the granddaughter of longtime X-Men member Cyclops and trained by her adopted father longtime vigilante and former mercenary Nathan Summers, better known as the hero Cable. With the ability to mimic other people's powers, activation and enhancement, she uses her powers to fight crime.
