Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry is a fictional boarding school featured in the Harry Potter franchise. It is the place where witches and wizards who reside in Scotland and Britain attend classes to learn their about their magical Powers and an understanding of the Wizarding World including its culture, creatures and society. It also teaches history of Hogwarts or magical studies, to name a few and it is one of the many wizarding schools in the world alongside Ilvermorney and the Beauxbatons Academy of Magic.
