Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz is the main antagonist of the Disney Channel original series Phineas and Ferb and a recurring character in Milo Murphy's Law.
He was an evil scientist who creates "inators" and plots to take over the Tri-state area. However, Doof is always foiled by Perry the Platypus, Phineas and Ferb's pet platypus.
History[]
A running gag he is always mistaken for being a pharmacist due to his need to wear a lab coat. Doofenshmirtz also gives tragic backstories and creates his "Inators" with self-destruct buttons. Despite having little to no influence in the "Plot A" portion of the series, it is also Doofenshmirtz's inventions that cause Phineas and Ferb's inventions to disappear. He is jealous of his brother Roger, has a teenage daughter named Vanessa and strives to dominate the Tri-State Area. However Doofenshmirtz eventually reforms and becomes a hero in his own right.
