Heatwave is a supporting character in the animated series Ninjago: Dragons Rising. He is the tribe elder of th Lava Dragons, the cousin of Flameheart and her children, a descendant of Firstbourne and an ally of the Ninja.

He also raised Wyldfyre from infancy and currently lives in the dragon stables below monastery of Spinjitzu.
