Hank is an octopus and the deuteragonist of the 2016 Disney/Pixar animated film, Finding Dory.

Appearance[]

Hank is a red orange octopus with tall eyes. His mouth is at the bottom. He also has only seven arms, having lost the eighth one

Personality[]

Hank is cranky and always seeking a way to stay in captivity. He is also easily frustrated with Dory's memory loss. However he comes to appreciate her as a friend and later enjoyed his place on the Great Barrier Reef.

  • Hank is the second Pixar character to have a camouflage ability, the first being Randall Boggs from Monsters, Inc. and Monsters University. Except the difference is Hank is the first Pixar hero to camouflage.
  • He has 50 suction cups, which make up a total of 350 suction cups.
