Norman Osborn (also known as the Green Goblin, Ultimate Green Goblin, or the Ultimate Goblin) is the main antagonist of the Ultimate Spider-Man comics. He was a corrupt industrialist, founder and CEO of Oscorp.
He is one of the creators of the many spiders that bit Peter Parker and Miles Morales, giving them arachnid superpowers and turning them into the hero known as Spider-Man. He has tried many ways to ruin the teenager's life, even successfully killing Peter and leading to Miles taking over responsibility as Spider-Man. However, the boy was brought back to life to unknown reasons. Every time he is killed, Norman comes back to life. With the new OZ serum, according to him, Norman is Immortal and therefore cannot die.
