Gilbert Huph is a minor antagonist in Pixar's 6th full-length animated feature film The Incredibles.
He is the corrupt and greedy CEO of Insuricare and the former boss of Bob Parr. Despite being the boss of his company, Huph doesn't care about his clients, preferring instead to scamming them at will over their insurance, wanting only to make as much money as possible.

Gilbert Huph is a greedy, cold-hearted and selfish businessman with a short temper. Being the CEO of an insurance company, Huph has no concern for his clients, and instead of helping them, he denies them help by scamming them out of as much money as possible, no matter how legitimate their claims are. He is easily irritable with his employees if they try to help clients avoid loopholes, especially Bob Parr, whose collaboration with clientele earns him great antagonism from Huph. His temper is explosive enough to yell, causing Bob to have a hard time at work.
Huph finally, in a meeting with Bob in his office, reveals his true intentions and that he has no interest in helping his clients, but those who help him in his plans to make money. When Bob questions him about it, Huph tries to deny it, citing that he is required to do so by law. Huph also displayed an individualistic, arrogant, and egotistical nature when he prevented Bob from going to save a citizen who was being mugged outside the company, and threatening to fire him, smiling evilly once he got Bob to stop, making him responsible for leaving an innocent robbed. When he taunts a frustrated Bob for failing to save the man, the latter has enough of his boss's callous attitude and lack of empathy, and in a fit of anger, throws him through five walls, leaving him injured as a result. . Huph's actions led Rick Dicker to break his friendship with him for his selfishness and abuse of authority.
