The Giant Locusts are a creature species in the Jurassic Park franchise, serving as major antagonists in the sixth film Jurassic World: Dominion and minor characters in Season 3 of Jurassic World: Chaos Theory.
They are a species of genetically modified locust created with the DNA of a prehistoric locust and desert locust (Schistocerca gregaria), and maybe other animals, were seen.
In the fifth film, the Locusts feed off crops, resulting in them dying and bringing harm to the humans.

In "Decisions, Decisions..." Gia slowly walks back into her car while holding Smoothie. However, she encountered a giant locust on top of her car and flies off. Kenji got spooked by the giant locust and tells Sammy that it is disgusting. The giant locust crawls on the ground and then flies away again. Kenji and Sammy watches the giant locust heads towards the trees until it got eaten by the Pyroraptor.
