Gambit (real name Remy Lebeau) is a fictional character from Marvel Comics who is commonly associated with the Vigilante team, the X-Men. He is also the love interest of Rogue, who he eventually dated and marries. He is a Mutant with molecular acceleration (the power to super charge molecules on an advanced atomic level).

He was created by the artist Jim Lee and the writer Chris Claremont and he first appeared in The Uncanny X-Men Annual #14 (July 1990) and The Uncanny X-Men #266 (Aug. 1990).
