Fred Jones is one of the tritagonists of the Scooby Doo franchise. He is the leader of Mystery Inc. and unmasking villains who commit crimes through illusions and use of apparent paranormal activity. Throughout the franchise, he is Daphne's main love interest, Velma and Shaggy 's best friend and one of Scooby Doo's owners. It is implied he is from a rich family.
He is voiced by Frank Welker in all his appearances except A Pup Named Scooby-Doo
