Fenn Rau is a minor character in the television series, Star Wars Rebels. He joined the Rebellion after being inspired by fellow Mandalorian Sabine Wren and assisted her family on multiple occasions.
He is voiced by Kevin McKidd.
History[]
Fenn Rau is a Mandalorian warrior and the Protector of Concord Dawn, leader of the Mandalorian Protectors. During the Clone Wars, he assisted Caleb Dume and his master, Depa Billaba. After being captured by a now grown up Caleb Dume (now going by the name Kanan Jarrus) and Sabine Wren, Rau ordered the Protectors to allow the rebels safe passage through Concord Dawn. As long as the Rebellion held their leader hostage, the Protectors were forced to comply. Unfortunately, Rau's men were slaughtered by The imperial Supercommandos led by Gar Saxon.
After a confrontation with Saxon on the third moon, he protected Sabine and and her compatriot Ezra Bridger. Seeing that Sabine had not forgotten the Mandalorian ways and her loyalty to Ezra, it caused Rau to join the rebellion.
