Father Time is a member of the Council of Legendary Figures and a minor character in The Santa Clause franchise.
He is the guardian and executor of time itself. He is able to approximate the number of days, minutes and hours a person has before time runs out, as he immediately guessed how much Scott Calvin has before he must remarry or he will stop being Santa. Additionally other magicks from Legendary figures have no effect on him.
