The Fairy Queen is the tritagonist of the animated film, Barbie of Swan Lake. She is the true ruler of the Enchanted Forest with loyal followers such as fairies and other elves. However, her cousin, Rothbart, returns and takes control of the forest. She and the other inhabitants see Odette as their savior when she removes the forbidden crystal from its forest.
