Evie McLaren (Gemma Forsyth) is one of the main characters and a minor antagonist turned one of the tritagonist of the Netflix original television series Mako: Island of Secrets. She is the girlfriend of Zac Blakely. Throughout season two and the first half of season 3, she becomes a mermaid until she loses her tail to the Water Dragon. While she is distraught she lost it, Evie resigns to her life back as a land girl and instead, supports Zac and her mermaid friends.
