Dr. Emmanuel Klipse is a major antagonist in Monsuro. He is is the leader of both the Eklipse organization and the Eklipse Resistance. He is the main antagonist of Monsuno: World Master and its sequels, Monsuno: Combat Chaos and Monsuno Season 3. His Monsunos are Backslash, Odon, Acro and he formerly had control over Toxic Ace.
