Ember McLain is a recurring antagonist in the Danny Phantom series. She is an impressionable and rebellious teenager ghost girl who has the ability to control others through her music and guitar. She has gone on to become one of Team Phantom's greatest foes in their rogue gallery.
Unknown to Danny, in the ten years since their first encounter, no matter how many times she denies it, deep down, Ember secretly developed a crush on him, even putting his image on her guitar. She only causes trouble to get his attention.
She is voiced by Tara Strong, who also portrayed Timmy Turner and Princess Man-die in The Fairly OddParents, another Butch Hartman television series, Tara the cheerleader in Kim Possible and Twilight Sparkle in My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.
