Duncan Pepperidge Anderson, also known as Duncan P. Anderson or simply Duncan, is the main antagonist in Season 1 and a major character in Season 2 of the 2021 Disney+ series, Monsters at Work, a sequel series to the 2001 Pixar film, Monsters Inc.
He is voiced by Lucas Neff.

Unlike Randall, Duncan is not evil and has redeeming qualities and morals and actually gets along with his co-workers most of the time.
Trivia[]
- His name has a similar structure to that of former Pixar employee Darla K. Anderson, who produced many Pixar films (including Monsters, Inc.) before her departure in 2018.
- This also makes him one of the few characters to have a variant of hte name "Anderson" as his last name, along with Bonnie Anderson and Riley Andersen (whose name is spelled with an "E" as opposed to an "O"
