Duchess Rowena is the main antagonist of the ninth entry in the Barbie film series, Barbie in the 12 Dancing Princesses. She is the evil cousin of King Randolph, Genevieve and her eleven sisters who strives to take over the kingdom and betray her cousin.
She was voiced by Catherine O'Hara, who also voiced Shock and Sally in The Nightmare Before Christmas
