Dragonicus is a character from Transformers: The Last Knight.

He is a member of the Guardian Knights of Iacon City who wants his faction to remain in hiding after being betrayed by Quintessa (who they called 'The Great Deceiver'). Stormreign forms part of Dragonstorm, the Knights' powerful combined form.

He was asked with his alleged creator, Quintessa; however, because the Knights call her the "Great Deceiver", implies that this is either a lie or she's a liar herself.
