Dr. Wrath is an antagonist in the Disney XD television series Mighty Med. He is an evil supervillain who fed off of negative energy and hoped to plunge the world into negativity and everyone hating each other before he was destroyed by best friends Kaz and Skylar Storm. His remains were taken by Agent Blaylock. He is also the Supervillain mentor of Gulliver and Chaz.

He also revealed Caduceo's identity as Horace Diaz to the villains and how Gulliver and Chaz tried tricking Horace into using his last Caduceo power to resurrect Doctor Wrath, but they were foiled by Kaz and Oliver. Additionally, That was how Bridget was able to manipulate Horace into resurrecting her with his last Caduceo power after absorbing the Arcturion's powers.
