Dopey is one of the titular characters in Disney's 1937 animated film, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. He ist he youngest of the seven dwarfs. Being childlike, Dopey gained his name from incompetence. Dopey is the only Dwarf who does not speak because, according to Happy, Dopey never tried speaking.
