Doctor Octopus (Otto Octavius) is the main antagonist of the animated series Ultimate Spider-Man and an antagonist in Hulk and the Agents of S.M.A.S.H, and Spider-Man.
He is the secondary antagonist of the first season, one of the main antagonists (alongside Green Goblin) of the second season, the secondary antagonist of The Avenging Spider-Man arc, one of the secondary antagonists (alongside Beetle, Scorpion & Vulture) of the New Warriors arc and one of the secondary antagonists of the Contest of Champions arc in the third season and the main antagonist of the Hydra Attacks/The New Sinister Six arc, a minor antagonist of The Symbiote Saga arc, one of the secondary antagonists (alongside the Spider Slayers) of The Spider Slayers arc and the main antagonist of the Graduation Day arc in the fourth season.
