Doctor Light is a recurring enemy of the Teen Titans and the Justice League, as well as a major villain in the DC Universe. He uses his powers of light to commit crime and has been a member of the Fearsome Five, Injustice Gang, Injustice League , Secret Society of Super-Villains and Suicide Squad. He is also a rival with Slade Wilson/Deathstroke .
He was created by Gardner Fox and Mike Sekowsky, first appearing in Justice League of America #12. (1962)
