Desiree is a genie-like ghost and a tragic villain on Danny Phantom, debuting in the episode "What You Want." She grants anyone's their deepest desires; however, the outcome becomes catastrophic, making her an immediate enemy to Team Phantom. Once someone makes a wish she is forced to obey at times.
