Delancy Devin is the deuteragonist of the animated film Barbie: Princess Charm School. She is a student at Princess Charm School who used to bully Blair and her friends when they start out. However after learning she was her longlost cousin and years of being manipulated by Dame Devin, this changed when Delancy secretly turned against her mother. At the end of the movie, she becomes Princess Sophia's Lady Royal.
