Dareth (also known as Grand Sensei Dareth or the Brown Ninja) is a major supporting character in the Ninjago franchise. He was a laid-back, self-proclaimed karate master who owns Laughy's. He has always wanted to be like the ninja and hoped that one day he might acquire an elemental power. He once owned a small dojo called "Grand Sensei Dareth's Mojo Dojo," where he taught a group of students. He came into contact with the ninja during their attempts to train Lloyd and became something of a friend and ally, despite his lacking skills.
