Background [ ] Dagur the Deranged is the brother of Heather and the son of Ozwald the Agreeable. He and Hiccup have known each other since they were children, and had often terrorized Hiccup and his friends when they were younger. On one occasion, he forced Fishlegs to eat a raw fish.
