Dagger (real name Tandy Bowen ) is a major protagonist in the Marvel Animated Universe. Along with Cloak, she is a young superhero who controls light, whose powers complements with Cloak's light-based powers helps cover each other's weaknesses.

Dagger Creation: Tandy can create daggers made of light magic out of the blue.
