Maxine Hunkel is a superheroine from the DC Universe. She is the vigilante Cyclone, who is a member of the Justice Society of America and a one-time member of the Justice League. She is the granddaughter of the original Red Tornado and given special powers over flight, wind manipulation and soundwave control.

She debuted in Justice Society of America Vol. #1 (2006) and created by Mark Waid, Alex Ross, Geoff Johns and Dale Eaglesham.
