Cora Hale is a character in Teen Wolf. She was the younger sister of Derek and Laura Hale, the youngest daughter and child of Talia Hale, the youngest niece of Peter and cousin of Malia Tate.
She was believed dead by everyone after the Hales mansion burned down but it turns out that she is still alive and returns to Beacon Hills upon learning that Derek was forming his own pack.
After dealing with The Darach and the Alpha Pack, Peter and Derek escorted Cora back to her pack in South America and hasn't been seen since.
Her further fate is unknown, as she didn't return to Beacon Hills for the remainder of the series nor did she attend Derek's funeral after he sacrificed himself to stop the Nogitsune.
She was portrayed by Adelaide Kane.
History[]
Before the series, Cora was one of the Hales who survived the Hale Family Fire caused by Kate Argent and her cohorts. However, she was presumed deceased by her uncle and older siblings.
After being fostered by a pack in South America, Cora heard rumors of a Hale rebuilding a pack back in her hometown, Beacon Hills. However, she was captured by the Alpha Pack and imprisoned in a bank vault in the abandoned First National Bank.

Leaving Beacon Hills[]
After the defeat of The Darach, Cora decided she didn't want to live in Beacon Hills most likely due to the trauma she faced there, such as her mistletoe poisoning, the recent loss of her friends Erica and Boyd, and the fact that her family, including her mother and her sister were both killed there. She moved back to live with her pack in South America, with Peter and Derek escorting Cora there. However, the two Hales were later captured by the Calavera family, who tortured Peter and Derek for information regarding "La Loba" (who they referred to as the bone woman and the she-wolf).
Fearing that the family was hunting Cora, Peter and Derek never gave her up to them. A few months later, when Derek was visited by Severo Calavera, he still refused to give up Cora's location. However, Severo was confused and asked Derek who Cora was. This, combined with Derek being reunited with a recently sired Werejaguar - and very much alive - Kate Argent, made the Beta Werewolf realize the Calaveras didn't question them about Cora; they were referring to Kate instead.
