Connor Hawke is a character within the Arrowverse. He is the son of Green Arrow rogue-turned-ally Ben Turner/Bronze Tiger and his former lover Sandra Hawke. He was adopted by John Diggle and Lyla Michaels in both the erased and potential future.
In the new timeline, Diggle and Lyla still adopt him, but has a strained relationship with his brother, JJ, his sister, Sara, Mia Queen.

In the original comics, Connor was the son of Oliver Queen and his lover, Sandra. He succeeded his father as the second Green Arrow. However, the show adapts it differently:

Oliver's son in the series is William Clayton.
Instead of his son, it is Oliver's daughter, Mia who becomes the second Green Arrow.
In DC's Legends of Tomorrow, John Diggle Jr. of Earth-19 took on the alias Connor Hawke after his father of that Earth was killed and succeeded Oliver as the second Green Arrow.
It wasn't acknowledged that Sara and the Legends visited an alternate Earth's bad future until
The revelation that Joseph David-Jones would be playing Connor Hawke of Earth 1 and not a future version of John Diggle Jr for Arrow's Season 7.
It was solidified in the crossover, Crisis on Infinite Earths when The Waverider tracked Superman and Lois's son on Earth-19 and Sara and Ray recalled meeting Oliver and Connor in this universe. They didn't even know they were stranded in an alternate universe until this point in time.
Both Oliver and JJ (Connor) both share Green Arrow alias, like their comic book counterparts in this Earth's future.
