Cloak and Dagger are the tertiary antagonists of The Little Mermaid II: Return to the Sea.
They are a pair of sting rays who serve as Morgana's minions. Unlike undertow, Cloak and Dagger follow most of their mistress' commands. They are both similar to Flotsam and Jetsam: They are both Ursula's minions and are the same race.
