Cletus Kasady is one of the two main antagonists of the 2021 film Venom: Let There Be Carnage (alongside Carnage).
He is one of the America's most dangerous and notorious serial killer who once met Eddie Brock when he came to interview him when he was locked away in San Quentin prison. However, Kasady eventually managed to break out of prison and bonds with the Carnage symbiote so he can unleash carnage upon San Francisco, effectively becoming one of Eddie's and Venom's arch enemy.
