Cinderella is a minor character in Shrek and a major protagonist in Shrek the Third (the third installment of the Shrek franchise.) She is part of a story that goes from rags to riches. Cinderella is also one of Fiona's circle of princesses and closest friends. Despite her somewhat selfish personality, she does care about her friends and isn't a damsel in distress. Cinderella joins the other princesses, Fiona, her step-sister Doris and Queen Lily in saving their friends from Prince Charming and his goons of villains.
