Chloe Carmichael is one of the main characters and the deuteragonist of Season 10 of The Fairly OddParents. She is the next door neighbor of Timmy Turner and they share Cosmo an Wanda because of a shortage of Fairy Godparents. Despite not getting along at first, Chloe and Timmy eventually become best friends.
She is voiced by Kari Wahlgren and was introduced in Season 10's first episode, The Big Fairy Share Scare.
