Cheshire (real name Jade Nguyen) is a fictional supervillain from the American publishing company DC Comics. She is a recurring enemy of the Titans, the former lover of Roy Harper and the mother of Lian Harper .
Cheshire was created by Marv Wolfman and George Pérez, first appearing in New Teen Titans Annual #2. (1983)
History [ ] Powers and abilities [ ] Personality [ ] As the most deadliest assassin in the world, only being rivaled by that of Lady Shiva, Jade Nguyen is a merciless and ruthless assassin. She has a complex relationship with Roy Harper, because of her rivalry with his teammates on the Teen Titans. In one instance, he got in the way of her assassination attempts for a client. When he interfered, Jade contemplated on whether or not to kill him. However, she chose not to because he was an excellent lover. Despite her feelings for Roy and her attempts at redemption, she always restorts back to villainy, showing a twisted relationship between the two. Despite her ruthlessness, Jade does care for her children. In new Earth, she asked Roy to never their daughter see her imprisoned after Jade's sentence was going to be carried out and that she loves Lian.
However, she has become more ruthless in later years, enough to harm Arsenal's then-girlfriend, Starfire.
