Director Charlotte Mearing is a supporting character in the 2011 film Dark of the Moon (the third installment of the Transformers Cinematic Universe).

She is the Director of National Intelligence for the United States of America. Initially, she doesn't think highly of the Autobots being on Earth or Sam Witwicky until other individuals prove otherwise.

One person she cannot stand is Seymour Simmons, who she had an undisclosed relationship with back in Quantico and chooses not to talk about it.
