Charlotte "Charlie" Duncan is the titular deuteragonist of the Disney Channel series Good Luck Charlie. She is the second daughter of Amy and Bob Duncan and the sister of P.J., Teddy, Gabe and Toby. She has been the youngest of the Duncan children until the birth of her younger brother Toby Duncan. She uses the video diaries made by Teddy to help guide her through life. She is a combination of her three older siblings: being nice like P.J. Duncan, intelligent like Teddy and mischievous like Gabe. She is currently four years old.
She is portrayed by Mia Talerico.
