Charlene Doofenshmirtz is a minor character in the TV series Phineas and Ferb. She is the ex-wife of Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz and mother of their daughter, Vanessa. It is also revealed that she's in the same cooking class as Linda Flynn. Ironically, Linda went on one date with Charlene's ex-husband and both their daughters are good friends.
Charlene insists she and Heinz divorced after not getting along and wanting different things in life. She is completely unaware that her ex-husband is a evil scientist and Vanessa tries to bust him for being one like Candace does with her brother's Phineas and Ferb.
Also despite her break up with Heinz, Charlene liked her married name and kept it.
