Lula Elena Chapa De Silva, better known as Chapa is a superheroine from the Henry Danger franchise. She is a supporting character in Henry Danger and one of the main characters of Danger Force. She is known as the superheroine Volt, one of the new sidekicks of Captain Man/Ray Manchester after the finale of Henry Danger. She has the power of Electrokinesis.
