Relationships[]
Galadriel[]
Celeborn was very much in love with Lady Galadriel, and their story is one of the greatest romances told in Middle-earth. It was love at first sight, the first meeting in Doriath. Travelling to Middle-earth together, they remained faithful to each other, especially having a daughter together. Celeborn and Galadriel shared responsibility over ruling Lothlórien and also supporting one another.
Arwen[]
Arwen is Aragorn's granddaughter through Elrond and Celebrían. Celeborn loved her, as she often visited Lothlórien.
The Fellowship[]
Galadriel and Celeborn allowed the Fellowship sanctuary. He gave them each an Elven cloak that will help them disguise their surroundings. He also warned Aragorn that there were dangers ahead while giving him a dagger.
Gandalf[]
It's unknown when Celeborn met Gandalf, but they most likely met during their time in Middle-earth. However, Galadriel was closer to Gandalf than Celeborn was. During the Fellowship of the Ring, Celeborn was taken aback and sadden when Gandalf had seemingly fallen into shadows.
