Cecelia "Cece" Jones is one of the two main protagonists of Shake It Up. She is a dancer on the titular television series at the same name and the best friend and dancing partner of Rocky Blue. Of the two, Cece is the more outgoing, fiery one who always pushes Rocky to try new things and is typically the "bad girl" on the group.

Because of her struggling in school, Cece has dyslexia but that does not stop her from being the best she can be.
