When Kat asks if Casper remembers anything from his previous life, including his mother, he reveals that he does not remember who his parents were.
However, Casper remembers his mother when Kat re-creates his room from childhood. After regaining his memories when he was human, Casper leads Kat to a chest and reveals a wedding dress that was worn by his mother and lets her wear it for the Halloween party later that night.
