Captain Carson Teva is a spring character in the Star Wars franchise.
He is a former rebel who served in the New Republic's squad, the Adelphi Rangers after the fall of the Galactic Empire. He works closely with General Hera Syndulla and is associated with the Mandalorian, Din Djarin, after the latter helped him with a prison transport incident.
He is played by Paul Sun-Hyung Lee, who also portrayed Uncle Iroh in Netflix's remake of Avatar: The Last Airbender.
At some point, Carson became a pilot in the Alliance to Restore the Republic. Anakin Skywalker, formerly Darth Vader, defeated the Emperor during the Battle of Endor, after saving his son Luke from dying. The war ended during the Battle of Jakku when Mas Amedda surrendered to the New Republic, to Mon Mothma. Teva became part of the New Republic as leader of the Adelphi Rangers

Carson appears to be a friendly person and ideal good individual. After working a mission with Din Djarin, he got along well with the Mandalorian leader. He also disliked the Empire, seeing as he joined the rebellion in the first place. He is also loyal to the New Republic, following Hera Syndulla's commands without question during her search for Ashoka and Sabine. However he doesn't seem to understand many aspects of the Force and is unaware of Kanan Jarrus' significance as a Jedi Knight.
